Dowerin Events Management Inc trading as Dowerin Machinery Field Days (“DMFD” or “we”) is committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy and personal information. The type of personal information we collect from you will vary depending upon our interaction with you but may include the following:

DMFD collects your personal information for the primary purpose of delivering the Dowerin Machinery Field Days event, including for sponsorship and marketing purposes. DMFD may also use your personal information for ancillary purposes closely related to the Field Days event.
When we collect personal information we will, where appropriate and possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it
DMFD will not disclosure your personal information for another purpose unless you have consented to the disclosure in the normal course of the goods or services we are providing to you.
